Volker Schütz - Media artist and experimental filmmaker, lives and works in Saarbrücken. Searches for new and historical visual techniques in art and science. Works in the border area between analog and digital with coincidence, dirt and algorithmic procedures, generates vector animations in old picture tubes and uses pinhole cameras and laser light, children's toys, high technology and explosives.
